Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist. This is a part-time, remote work position based in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement - Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless experience for clients - Assist in developing strategies to drive account retention and expansion - Ensure that all client data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's database - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to stay informed and ahead of the curve


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in account support, customer service, or a related role - Strong research and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
