Job Description:
Intel is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to work remotely from London, England, UK. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Managing customer accounts and ensuring all information is up to date - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assisting with sales and marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and retention - Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and acting as a brand ambassador for Intel
Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and creativity to problem solve - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
