Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Loews is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in London, England. This is a remote work position where you will have the opportunity to work part-time from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Participate in project management tasks as needed to improve call center operations. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Experience with project management is preferred. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7.
