Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and confident Call Center Manager to join our team at FMC Technologies. This is a part-time remote position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for call center agents to improve performance and customer interactions. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Previous experience in call center management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
