Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our remote team in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, this role offers the opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
