Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in London, England, UK. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research as needed to assist customers with more complex inquiries - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong cooperation and research skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
