Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and analytical abilities - Resilient and driven personality traits - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
