Job Description - Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding customer service, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues. 3. Providing information about products or services and promoting sales. 4. Resolving customer complaints or issues with a high level of professionalism. 5. Documenting all call information accurately in the CRM system. 6. Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals. 7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center technology. 5. Previous experience working remotely is a plus. 6. Excellent decision-making skills and adaptability to change. 7. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
