Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. 3. Utilize a computer system to accurately document all customer interactions and maintain customer records. 4. Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 5. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge of company policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Passionate and motivated individual with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing circumstances. 4. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complex information. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
