Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nordstrom is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, adaptable, and have strong people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with orders - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor - Utilize resources and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changes in processes and procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and basic computer skills - Energetic personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to changing situations and eagerness to learn new skills - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer interactions
