Job Description:
As a Chat Support Manager at Hertz Global Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK, with part-time hours and a mid-to-senior level of seniority required.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. 2. Monitor chat support queues to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries. 3. Develop and implement chat support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and IT, to address technical issues and improve the chat support process. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service at all times. 7. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new chat support team members. 8. Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment within the chat support team.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools. 5. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits. 6. Attention to detail and a strong focus on teamwork. 7. Must be based in London, England, UK.
