Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team at National Oilwell Varco. This is a remote work opportunity based in London, England, UK. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to our customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Analyze chat support data and generate reports for management - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or chat support - Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in chat support software and other relevant technology tools
