Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Marriott International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time remote position for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents - Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer experience - Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to ensure high performance and quality service - Provide training and guidance to chat support team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in chat support management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Independent and passionate personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in chat support software and tools
