Baker Hughes is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Chat Support Representative working remotely from London, England, UK. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat messages. 2. Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Use creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Must be driven and hardworking, with a strong desire to succeed. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively. 5. Proficient in using chat support software and other related tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
