Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Chat Support Specialist at Energy Transfer Equity, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a remote work position based in London, England, offering part-time hours at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
