Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work based in London, England, UK, at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations Manager in maintaining relationships with existing clients - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels - Coordinate meetings and appointments for the client relations team - Update client information in the database and ensure accuracy of records - Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients - Conduct market research and analysis as needed - Provide administrative support to the client relations team


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
