Job Description - Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


HD Supply Holdings is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve the client experience - Assist with the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to recommend innovative solutions to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Critical thinking skills and creativity to solve complex client issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
