Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Associate to join our team at Illinois Tool Works. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from our London, England location. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and offers an Associate level seniority.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive client relationships remotely - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Manage client projects and ensure timely delivery - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations - Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
