Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

AutoZone is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in London, England. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing accurate information and assistance - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve the client experience

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
