Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients. - Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and retention. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client relationships.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding performance targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Resilient and energetic personality traits. - Demonstrated innovation and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
