Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Manager for United Rentals, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting retention. You will work remotely from London, England, UK and will be expected to operate at a mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Understand client needs and work to address them effectively - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise - Identify growth opportunities within the client base and work to expand the business - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services and products - Provide regular reports on client relations and business development activities
