Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Sanmina. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are being met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes that may impact clients' needs - Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement metrics

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong communication and research skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
