Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity based in London, England. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales and marketing teams. This is a part-time associate-level position that requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention - Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for clients - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM system - Provide regular updates to management on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Address any client complaints or concerns professionally and effectively

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
