Job Description:

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior work experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver on commitments - Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports - Track and report on client satisfaction metrics to measure the success of client relations efforts
