We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at BlackRock, a leading asset management firm, based in London, England. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have. You will act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a resilient and resourceful mindset, able to adapt to changing circumstances and find creative solutions to challenges. Strong decision-making skills and excellent communication abilities are essential, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
In terms of requirements, we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in client relations, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
