Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Provide support to the team by completing administrative tasks as needed
