Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Client Service Manager at Travelers Cos. will be responsible for managing relationships with clients remotely from their location in London, England. This individual will need to have a strong background in client management and a dedication to providing excellent service to our clients. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build strong relationships with clients to retain their business and promote customer loyalty - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and client preferences - Use emotional intelligence to navigate difficult client interactions and resolve conflicts effectively - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery - Take initiative to identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client management or a related field - Dedicated and independent work ethic - Strong research skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively - Ability to work remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
