Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Ecolab is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in London, England, UK. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries. 2. Understand client requirements and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services. 3. Keep track of client satisfaction levels through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations. 5. Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and upsell opportunities. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track client success and identify areas for improvement. 7. Assist in the resolution of any client issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and client needs to remain competitive in the market.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Cooperation and emotional intelligence are essential soft skills. 7. Visa sponsorship, remote work flexibility, and profit sharing are some of the benefits offered. 8.
