Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Xcel Energy, a leading energy company in London, England, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimize service delivery. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payment and adherence to contractual agreements. 6. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and initiatives. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and upper management, conveying important information and feedback.


Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a client service or account management role. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on exceeding client expectations. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
