Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team at VF. This is a part-time remote work position based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in a related field and be at the mid-to-senior level in their career.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients - Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients - Analyze client feedback to improve services and processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Provide regular reports on client activity and performance

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
