Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

As a Client Service Manager at Amazon.com, based in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote client service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and support. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution - Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
