Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team at CenterPoint Energy. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Provide support to clients with account management and billing inquiries. - Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a positive and professional manner. - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. - Resilient and reliable personality traits. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - People management skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely.
