Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


HCA Holdings, a leading healthcare company based in London, England, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions. - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with our company. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
