Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celgene is looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely from London, England, UK. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and online messaging platforms - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and motivated personality - Demonstrated leadership and persuasion skills - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
