Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

GitLab is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As a remote work position, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing client accounts, resolving client inquiries and issues, and promoting client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries and issues - Maintain client records and account information accurately in the system - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Promote client retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client management - Confidence and energy to engage with clients effectively - Creativity in problem-solving and presenting solutions to clients - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
