Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


GitLab, a leading remote work company, is seeking a talented Client Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are energetic and resilient, with a strategic planning mindset and a knack for innovation.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions 3. Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns and improve customer experience 5. Keeping up to date with product updates and changes to better assist clients 6. Data entry and maintenance of client records in CRM system 7. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Energetic personality with a resilient attitude 6. Strategic planning and innovation skills 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively 8. Knowledge of tech industry trends and products preferred
