Job Description - Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in London, England. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assisting in the development of training materials and resources for clients - Keeping up to date with product updates and improvements to effectively support clients


Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and adapting to different communication tools - Motivated and dedicated to providing top-notch client service
