As a Client Support Manager at Dover, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. This is a remote work position based in London, UK.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. 3. Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely payments and renewals. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and deliverables. 5. Prepare and present client reports and performance analysis. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients. 7. Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use Dover's platform effectively. 8. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies based on feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficiency in presentation software and tools. 7. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. 8. Experience working with diverse clients and understanding of cultural differences.
