The Client Support Manager at Ball will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and deliver solutions that meet their needs. 3. Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience. 4. Develop and maintain client support documentation and resources to ensure efficient communication and support processes. 5. Monitor client performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support processes and strategies.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong time management and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
