As a Client Support Manager at Avery Dennison, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. This is a part-time, remote work position based in London, England, UK.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance overall customer experience - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction and support metrics - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or related roles - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in client relationship management software and tools - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Prior experience in a similar role within the packaging industry is a plus
