Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 5 years of experience, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will be remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and progress. 5. Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client support. 6. Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries via email, phone, or video calls.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Adaptability to handle changing situations and work effectively in a remote environment. 6. Proficient in conducting research to stay informed on industry trends. 7. Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required.
