Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

As a Client Support Officer at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely from your location in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients
