Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

PBF Energy is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our remote team in London, England. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, solving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed customer support KPIs and goals

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Support Representative or similar customer service role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Soft skills in people management and negotiation
