Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job description:

Walt Disney is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote-based, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home in London, England, UK. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address any client concerns and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer support software and technology - Driven and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
