Job Description:
Netflix is seeking a skilled Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers through remote work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account management, billing, technical support, and content inquiries. 3. Educate customers on Netflix products and services, including upcoming releases and features. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company database. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer escalations and provide timely resolutions. 6. Meet or exceed established KPIs and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of Netflix products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in challenging situations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 6. Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Leadership skills to mentor and support other team members as needed.
