Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Home Depot, a leading home improvement retailer in London, England, UK. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) - Previous experience in customer service or sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in handling difficult situations with customers - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs
