Job Description:
PayPal is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Documenting interactions with customers and updating internal databases with accurate information - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
Requirements: - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
