Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Remote Work


Job Description:


Fidelity National Information Services is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating online platforms. 4. Document and track all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and goals. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
