Job Description:
Dean Foods is seeking a dedicated and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our remote team based in London, England, UK. This entry-level position offers part-time hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency - Utilize our CRM system to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics for call center effectiveness - Continuously improve customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
