Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for remote work. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while handling a variety of inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages - Address customer inquiries regarding account information, transactions, and general banking services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with setting up online banking accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating our digital banking platform - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Fifth Third Bancorp products and services to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent education
